Booking Steps

Step 1: Locate the “start booking now” button on this page and click to initiate the process.

Step 2: Choose your preferred service from the list provided, followed by the car model you desire from the given options, and enter the number of days you intend to use our service. Afterwards, confirm your pick-up location and click okay. You will gain access to the next page to finish the process.

Step 3: Verify your booking details and enter the required information (including your contact details) before clicking the button at the bottom of the page to complete your booking. Remember to highlight your custom requests under the special requirements section. You will then receive an email confirmation from us as soon as your purchase is approved, which is almost instantly, and that’s it. The rest is up to us.

Booking Confirmation

Our team double-checks your booking to ensure all details are correct. In case of any questions, we will reach out to you. Otherwise, we proceed to make your transport arrangements and forward your chauffeur’s details (their name, phone number, and picture included) to you a day before your journey.

Connect with your driver and enjoy your ride

You will get an SMS notification once your driver arrives at your pick-up location so you can link up and start enjoying your ride. Unless instructed otherwise, your chauffeur has to wait for at least 30 minutes past your booked time before attempting to call you. Also, you are free to request adjustments to your ride to suit your needs and maximise your comfort. Do you prefer a specific temperature or radio station? Maybe you’d like to listen to your favourite music during your trip? Your chauffeur will be happy to assist.
